He came to the desk from a packaging QA role at a household-goods importer, where he spent five years opening damaged parcels and working out which layer failed. He photographs every seam and corner before and after the drop routine, and he keeps the damaged units in a labelled bin for retest comparison. He joined Ponybuy Starter Notes in 2022.
