Sofia Brandt
Sofia Brandt keeps the timing logs and the comparison tables that sit under each review. She spent six years as a research analyst tracking service response times before joining the desk in 2021, and she brought the three-message timing test with her: one simple question, one follow-up, one clarification, all timestamped. If a table column is more than six months old, she is the one who flags it for retest.

How I test

Sofia runs the agent timing test alongside every hands-on review: the same three messages, sent at the same time of day, with each reply timestamped against the wall clock at the bench. She rebuilds the comparison tables from the raw logs rather than from supplier pages, and she converts any ten-point figure from a supplier sheet to our five-point scale before it reaches a page.
